In the fall of 2005 longtime friends and business partners, Mark Seremet and Paul Conklin, were eating breakfast at a small diner prior to playing a round of golf. It was during this breakfast, over pancakes and eggs, the idea of Wallhogs was born. During the golf round broad strokes of how the company would operate and what products would be offered were discussed. Afterward, over the next several months, extensive research was conducted and the conclusion was evident - the custom wall decal market was virtually non-existent.
Needless to say, paperwork was filed, equipment purchased and coding started on the initial website until in August 2006, nearly one year after inception, Wallhogs was launched. What started in a one car garage in 2006 has over the years morphed into a worldwide brand with two facilities encompassing more than 8,000 square feet. Our initial product offering of only custom wall decals has expanded to now include multiple custom wall decor products and we assembled a substantial wall decor catalog of photos and graphics images from photographers and artists - consisting of over 20,000 SKUs.
