You, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product to Wallhogs facility. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, the size and weight of the item, and the selected return method. In addition, any delivery shipping fees collected on the original order will not be refunded. Wallhogs will provide a call tag for you to ship the item back and the cost of the return tag will be deducted from your refund. ** Custom orders that fall under these reasons will also incur an additional 15% return landfill surcharge as custom products are unable to be resold and will be discarded.

If you find a lower price anywhere else on an identical item within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference, plus present you a coupon for 10% off your next purchase at Wallhogs. Our marketing team must be able to verify the authorized U.S. competitor SKU, material type, and price.

When calculating a price match, we will deduct any coupons or discounts to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy a print from us for $100 and we offer a 15% discount, the net price is $85. If another company’s price is $85 it is already considered the price is matched. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $100 and you have a $10 coupon, the net price is $90. If another company’s price is $84, the price match difference is $6 and this is the amount you would be credited, plus the issuance of the 10% coupon to be used toward your next purchase.

Wallhogs will not price match guarantee buy one/get one free advertisements, advertisements that require a purchase to receive the advertised price, or competitors' misprinted" advertised prices.

LIMITED LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY

Please read the entire Wallhogs Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability ("Limited Warranty") before purchasing, installing, or using your Wallhogs Wall Decor. Wallhogs is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage of your wall decor. Ensure that you follow the instructions and information provided in the Owner's Manual or Limited Warranty. By purchasing, installing, or using your Wallhogs Wall Decor Product, you acknowledge the inclusion of this Limited Warranty in the terms of sale.

This warranty does not cover damage attributed to or resulting from normal wear and tear, natural hazards (e.g. weather, animals, acts of GOD), abuse (e.g. mold, mildew, burns), accidents, alterations or modifications of any kind.

If your product is found defective, we will repair or replace it within the first 30 days at no additional charge to you. Follow the instructions above under the 30Day Money Back Guarantee & Returns.

In the event the initial 30-days has expired and Wallhogs determines the product may be repaired, charges for shipping your product to Wallhogs will be your responsibility. We reserve the right to make substitutions if parts are unavailable or obsolete. If your product needs repair beyond what is covered under warranty, we will provide parts and service at a reasonable charge.

If Wallhogs determines your item is unable to be repaired and is beyond the initial 30-days, Wallhogs will work with you to replace your item with another item, in the same category, in our caatalog at the same or lower price than the orignial cost of your item.

To maintain improved speed and performance over time, you and Wallhogs agree to arbitrate disputes related to your Wallhogs wall decor products. By doing so, you waive the right to have a court or jury decide such disputes. This arbitration agreement also extends to disputes arising from the purchase of Wallhogs products through a Wallhogs Affiliate Partner. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to proceed as a member or representative of a class action, including class arbitration, for disputes related to your Wallhogs products. To opt out of this arbitration agreement, provide notice to Wallhogs within 90 days of purchasing or taking ownership of the goods. Send notice by email to marketing@wallhogs.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt Out". Keep in mind that opting out will not affect any applicable limited warranty coverage for your Wallhogs products.

D. Covered Parties & Products

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser, as well as multiple purchasers, including spouses, however, is not transferrable to a third party. It covers Wallhogs Wall Decor Products purchased on or after January 1, 2024, and installed within the United States. This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior Limited Warranties for Wallhogs Products sold on or before December 31, 2023.
